Preparation as a shake
Add 10 g (approx. 1 tablespoon) of protein powder to 250 ml of water, milk, or plant-based milk substitute (oat milk, coconut milk, rice milk, etc.) and mix with a shaker or blender. Pour in the liquid first, then the protein.
Usage
The classic shake is an efficient source of protein, but it’s not the only way to consume protein through food. Protein powder is also ideal as an addition to smoothies, bowls, or porridges.
Recommended Use
