Delivery times
If no other period is specified in the item description, the delivery of the goods in Austria takes place within 2-4 work-days, for foreign deliveries within 3-14 work-days depending on destination country after order confirmation (with agreed advance payment after the time of your money order).
Please note that on Sundays and public holidays delivery is not possible.
Customs clearance & import tax (especially Switzerland, Norway, GB)
Please be aware that a delay in delivery may be caused by your country’s customs office. The buyer is responsible for all costs required for customs clearance, including import sales tax.
