The milk for our whey protein comes from certified organic farmers from Bavaria and Austria who keep their cows on species-appropriate large pastures. Is your Whey cold-processed (CFM)?
Yes, our organic whey is cold processed. But what does cold processing actually mean? Here, the whey protein is obtained by cross-flow microfiltration (CFM). The processing process works without chemicals. Whey protein, which is processed using CFM, is therefore among the purest and highest quality proteins. The CFM filtration process ensures that the whey has the highest possible level of essential amino acids. These are those amino acids that the body needs but can not generate by itself
What does organic quality mean?
