| 140 g | AlpenPower Organic Almond Protein |
| 140 g | AlpenPower Organic Whey Protein Gingerbread |
| 3 tsp | Honey |
| 2 | Egg white |
| 80 g | Dates (dried) |
| 1/2 tsp | Baking powder |
| 50 ml | Coconut oil |
Mix protein powder, almond protein, dates and baking powder.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir again until you get a firm dough.
Place the dough between two sheets of baking paper, roll out and place in the freezer for 20 minutes or for 2 hours in the fridge.
Cut out any shapes from the dough and bake on a baking tray at 150 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
