Is the fish oil free of heavy metals?
Golden Omega’s patented cleaning process (Second Generation Stripping Technology), combined with the fact that only wild-caught fish is used, results in an extremely low heavy metal content. Golden Omega’s typical levels of heavy metals are orders of magnitude below the GOED voluntary monograph maximum levels for these heavy metals in these products, as shown in the graphic below:
Are the Omega-3 fish oil capsules free of harmful substances?
Golden Omega’s novel patented purification process (Second Generation Stripping Technology)*, combined with the fact that only wild-caught fish is used, makes it possible to produce Omega-3 concentrates with extremely low levels of harmful substances. Golden Omega’s typical levels for these pollutants are well below the maximum levels set in the voluntary GOED monograph or the EU directives for these products, as shown in the graphic below.
What about the oxidation parameters?
The Omega-3 capsules have extremely low levels of peroxide, p-anisidine and TOTOX, several times lower than the maximum levels set in the voluntary GOED monograph, as shown in the graphic below. This result is made possible by access to high-quality raw fish oil, the careful treatment of the oil throughout the entire production process on state-of-the-art facilities and the use of innovative patented processes.
What does high bioavailability mean?
Bioavailability indicates how much of a nutrient or active ingredient the body can actually utilize. Due to their high purity and quality, our Omega-3 fish oil capsules have a very high bioavailability for optimal supply.
How long do the capsules last?
The capsules last for 30 days.
When should fish oil capsules be taken?
It is best to take the first capsule in the morning and the second capsule in the afternoon.
Are there any allergens?
The ingredients of the product contain allergens that require labeling in accordance with Regulation EU No. 1169/2011, which can trigger an allergy or intolerance reaction (fish).
