| 180 g | Organic curd (lean) |
| 100 ml | Organic milk |
| 4 tbsp | AlpenPower Organic Hazelnut-Chocolate Protein Cream |
| 100 g | Ground oat flakes |
| 4 tbsp | AlpenPower Organic Whey Protein Cocoa |
| 2 tsp | Baking powder |
| 1 tsp | Ground vanilla bean |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Mix all ingredients with a mixer until smooth.
Spread the batter evenly in a baking tin. Depending on the size of the tin, the thickness of the brownies will vary – note that the brownies barely rise.
Bake the brownies for about 20 minutes.
