| 100 g | Organic oatmeal or organic whole-grain flour |
| 100 g | AlpenPower Organic Whey Protein Banana (or Vanilla/Neutral) |
| 3 | Ripe organic bananas |
| 1 | Organic apple |
| 3 | Organic eggs |
| 200 ml | Skimmed organic milk or plant-based milk |
| 1 tbsp | Oil |
| 1 pkg. | Baking powder |
| 50 g | Grounded organic hazelnuts or walnuts |
| 1tsp | Cinnamon |
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Whisk the egg and oil until foamy.
Mash the bananas with a fork. Blend in and add the grated apple.
Mix flour, protein, backing powder, nuts and cinnamon. Alternately add the flour mix and the milk to the egg-apple-banana-batter until smooth.
Put the batter in a loaf pan and bake for approx. 45-60 minutes.
